Ancol Offers Free Entry from June 1 to 21

In a bid to enliven Jakarta’s 497th anniversary, the management of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (Ancol Dreamland Park) in North Jakarta will allow visitors to enter the premises for free to Ancol from June 1 to 21, 2024.

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Operational Director, Eddy Prastiyo said this Free Entry to Ancol program is the second time after its initial implementation in 2023, and received a good response from visitors.

He disclosed it is one of various other events that Ancol presents to the public to enliven Jakarta's anniversary celebrations.

"There are also many other offerings such as Special Music Concerts, International Kite Festivals, and International Sailboat Competitions specifically to enliven the event," he expressed, Wednesday (6/5).

Visitors who want to enjoy the free Ancol entry program can directly order tickets via www.ancol.com. They need to book at least D-1 arrival and each account can get one free ticket. This free ticket is valid for visits from 5 PM to 11 PM, valid for individuals, excluding vehicles and other recreational units.

Then a series of special events complement the free ticket program, namely, Jakarta's anniversary Performance Music Concert at Carnaval Ancol Beach on June 22, 2024, and Jakarta International Kite Festival 2024 from June 22 to July 7, 2024, at Lagoon Beach and Jakarta International Sailing Championship at the Symphony of the Sea Ancol from July 26 to 28, 2024.

"So, let's enliven it with the theme Jakarta, a Global City with Millions of Charms in the favorite tourist area of ​​the Indonesian people, Ancol Taman Impian," he stated.
